Paulo Humberto Gouvea has a comprehensive and extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Paulo Humberto began their career at NEC Brasil S.A. as an Engineer in 1988 before moving to Leucotron as a Sales Engineer from 1989 to 1992. Paulo Humberto then joined Batik Equipamentos as a Director of Corporate Solutions from 1992 to 1999. Following this, Gouvea served as a Sales Director at AT&T Latin America from 1999 to 2003 and as Vice-President at GVT from 2003 to 2006. Paulo Humberto later worked as the COO at TRINITY S.A. from 2008 to 2012. Gouvea then joined PromonLogicalis as a Consultant from 2012 to 2014 and Horizons Telecomunicacoes e Tecnologia Ltda as a Sales Director from 2014 to 2016. Currently, they are employed at TIM Brasil, where they have held the roles of Head Top Clients Solutions from 2017 to 2019 and is currently functioning as the Head of Corporate Solutions.

Paulo Humberto Gouvea completed their MBA in Finance from Ibmec between 2001 and 2003. Earlier, they obtained their degree in Engineering, specializing in Electronic and Telecommunication from INATEL in the years 1983 to 1987.
