William Nolder is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as an OSP Engineer II at Tilson since December 2022. With a background that spans several roles, Nolder has held positions such as Outside Plant Engineer at AT&T from April 2016 to October 2022 and Design Engineer at both TELICS and UC Synergetic between 2014 and 2016. Early career experiences include roles as a Callcenter Agent at MedCost Benefit Services, CAD Designer at FlexOvit USA, and various positions at Wal-Mart, including Photo Lab and Sales Specialist. Nolder holds an Associate's Degree in CAD Technology from Erie Community College, obtained between 2005 and 2008.
