Larry Kurbel is an experienced project manager specializing in telecommunications and network management. Currently serving as the OSP Operations and Maintenance Project Manager at Tilson Technology Management since July 2021, Larry oversees the North Carolina Department of Transportation's Intelligent Transportation System project, which includes a statewide fiber broadband network. Prior to this role, Larry held various senior management positions at U.S. Cellular from 2002 to 2020, focusing on technology deployments and network builds, including new initiatives like VoLTE and 5G upgrades. Larry's earlier career included positions at Bellsouth/US Cellular and Ameritech Cellular, emphasizing engineering and network management.
