Sergio Chavez Jr. is an experienced Technical Service Manager specializing in the APAC region at Tillster, Inc. since February 2017. With a background that includes roles as a Technical Support Engineer and various technical positions across multiple companies, Sergio has developed expertise in network operations, cloud support, and technical customer experience. Notable contributions include upgrading and configuring Fortinet routers for numerous stores and providing tier 2 support in telecommunications. Sergio's earlier experience features roles in RF optimization and technical support for both mobile and fixed-line services.
