Millie Vicq has a diverse work experience in financial controlling and management roles. Millie started their career at AUDAS as a Contrôleur de Gestion / Apprentissage from September 2007 to August 2009. Millie then joined Valorec Services AG as a Contrôleur de Gestion / Contrôle Interne from September 2009 to November 2013. Millie Vicq's most recent role was at Tillotts Pharma AG, where they held various positions including Financial Controller from December 2013 to March 2016, Senior Financial Controller from April 2016 to March 2023, and currently serves as the Financial Controlling Lead since April 2023.

Millie Vicq obtained a Master 2 degree in Filière Expertise Comptable from NEOMA Business School between 2005 and 2009. In 2007, they also attended the WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management for a Programme Erasmus, but the field of study is unspecified.
