Glenn Baggley has extensive work experience in the financial services industry. Glenn is currently a consultant and Non Executive Director at Tiller Investments Ltd, where they have been involved in the design and implementation of investment optimization algorithms. Glenn also serves on the company's Investment Committee. Prior to this role, Glenn worked as the Chairman of Applied Quantitative Consulting and Effective Quantitative Solutions, where they provided financial services consultancy to clients including asset management firms, banks, and brokerages.

In addition, Glenn has worked as the Director of Financial Institutions Group at ANZ and as a Research and Development specialist at North Square Blue Oak Ltd, an FSA-regulated agency broker. Earlier in their career, they founded and served as the CEO of Eddington Capital Management Limited, a specialist high return target fund-of-funds company. Glenn also served as the Managing Director of Attica Asset Management Ltd and as the Director of Research at Quaestor Investment Management Ltd.

Glenn's work experience also includes being a Senior Consultant at BITA Plus Consultants, where they focused on portfolio analytics and optimization. Glenn began their career with a Post-Doctoral Research position at Durham University. Overall, Glenn has a strong background in quantitative finance and has held various leadership and consultancy roles throughout their career.

Glenn Baggley's education history begins at Manchester Grammar School, where they studied from 1980 to 1986. Following this, they attended Newcastle University from 1986 to 1989, where they earned a 1st Class BSc (Hons) degree in Astrophysics. Finally, they pursued further studies at the University of Oxford from 1990 to 1994, earning a D.Phil in Astrophysics.
