Candace Farra's work experience includes several roles in the dairy industry.

From 2019 to the present, they have worked at the Tillamook County Creamery Association as a National Account Manager - Club, responsible for managing national accounts. Prior to this, they were a Program Manager - Brand from 2022 to 2023, overseeing brand development initiatives. Candace also held the position of Assistant Category Manager from 2019 to 2023.

Before joining Tillamook, Candace worked at Oregon Ice Cream, where they served as a Product Manager starting in 2016.

Candace'searlier experience includes working at the Tillamook County Creamery Association from 2011 to 2016. During this time, they held the role of Associate Category Manager - Ice Cream from 2013 to 2016 and worked as a Consumer Loyalty Specialist from 2011 to 2013.

Candace Farra earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology from Seattle Pacific University from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended George Fox University from 2002 to 2003, where they studied Fashion. Candace also completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Concordia University-Portland from 2014 to 2016. Candace'selementary and secondary education was obtained at Westside Christian from 1998 to 2002.
