Michelle Wesleyharding has extensive experience in project engineering and management, currently serving as Project Engineering Manager at Tilbury Douglas since May 2021. Prior to this role, Michelle held various positions at Costain Group PLC from June 2015 to May 2021, including MEICA Manager, Project Engineer, and Electrical Package Manager, where responsibilities included managing subcontractor packages and ensuring compliance with contract requirements. Earlier experience includes roles as Design Coordinator/Electrical Project Engineer at NMC Nomenca from November 2013 to June 2015 and as an Electrical Engineer at MWH Global from January 2007 to November 2013. Michelle's educational background includes studies at the University of Leicester following attendance at Dame Elizabeth Cadbury School from 1989 to 1996.
