Emily Phillips is a seasoned professional in quantity surveying with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as a Supervising QS at Tilbury Douglas since January 2022, Emily previously held the roles of Principal Commercial Manager and Senior Quantity Surveyor at Amey, contributing to significant projects such as the Capital Mains Renewal Programme. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Quantity Surveyor responsible for STW requisitions and diversions, and as Quantity Surveyor on STW Diversion Works. Emily began their career at United Living Group as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, focusing on new build and refurbishment works. Emily holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying from the University of Wolverhampton, earned between 2015 and 2017.
