Adam South currently serves as the Head of Projects & PMO (interim) at Tilbury Douglas since September 2022. Previously, Adam held the role of Portfolio Manager at Interserve, overseeing business-facing projects with a team of five Project Managers. Adam's career includes significant positions at Whitbread, including Programme Manager and Senior Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed successful project delivery and strategic technology implementations. Additionally, Adam has experience managing IT functions in various capacities at iNTERTAIN Ltd and Regent Inns, as well as extensive project management experience at Spirit Group, focusing on chip & PIN rollout and system transitions. Early career roles included programming and technical support at Scottish & Newcastle Retail and Grand Metropolitan, contributing to in-house systems and payroll management.
