Wilfred Halim is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in eCommerce governance, risk control, and safety across multiple leading companies. Currently serving as the Regional Lead for eCommerce Governance and Experience at TikTok, Wilfred also holds the title of Global Lead for eCommerce Risk Control and Security. Prior to this role, Wilfred was the Head of Lazada Indonesia Business Risk and SVP of Fraud Response in Trust & Safety at Lazada. Experience at Grab as the Head of Strategy and Ops for Trust, Identity, and Safety and a significant tenure at Google as Head of Trust & Safety Search for SEA & GRCN has contributed to Wilfred's expertise in building high-performing teams within the tech and eCommerce sectors. Wilfred's earlier roles include technical programming at Quintiq and system administration at IBM. Wilfred holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Monash University and an MBA from Hult International Business School.
