Joe Haynie is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at TikTok since October 2021. Prior to this role, Joe was the Director of HR Business Partner for Global Technology at Nike, managing HR for Enterprise Architecture & Platforms, Enterprise Data & Analytics, and Digital Transformation teams from November 2018 to October 2021. Joe's extensive experience at Microsoft spanned from June 2013 to November 2018, where responsibilities included HR management for Finance and Technology & Research teams, as well as participation in the Accelerated HR Development Program and serving as a Technical Recruiter.
