Joanna Lee currently serves as Head of HR for TikTok USDS, having joined the company in May 2020, and previously held the role of HRBP Lead for AMS Monetization Product, e-Commerce & Strategy. Prior to TikTok, Joanna worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from June 2017 to May 2020 as a Global HR Business Partner. Joanna's extensive experience at J.P. Morgan spanned from July 2008 to July 2017, where roles included Vice President, Investment Banking Learning & Development Manager, and Investment Banking Campus Recruiting Manager, overseeing undergraduate and MBA recruitment. Joanna's career began at Bear Stearns in the HR Analyst Rotational Program from July 2007 to July 2008. Educational credentials include a BS in Business Management with a focus on International Business from Penn State University and a study abroad program in Business Chinese at East China Normal University.
