Inggrit Lisa Longdong serves as the Seller and Listing Governance Country Lead for TikTok in the Indonesia E-commerce market since July 2022, overseeing a team of strategy managers to enhance buyer and seller experiences through data-driven strategies. Previously, Inggrit held various roles at Grab from June 2018 to July 2022, including User and Merchant Operations Manager and City Manager, where significant growth in market leadership and merchant base was achieved. Earlier experience includes the position of Underwriting Head at Astra Credit Companies, where Inggrit significantly reduced the bad debt ratio and led a team managing substantial sales volumes.
