Elizabeth Krajcer is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various industries, including ecommerce, retail, and technology. Currently serving as Human Resources Lead at TikTok since July 2024, Elizabeth leads a team of HR business partners to support the company's ecommerce objectives. Prior to TikTok, Elizabeth was the Human Resources Director at Nordstrom from September 2018 to March 2024, where expertise was provided to C-suite executives and leadership across multiple teams. Elizabeth also held roles at Accolade, Inc. as Senior HR Manager, Amazon as Senior HR Business Partner, and Starbucks as Human Resources Manager. Early career experiences include positions at General Mills and IBM. Elizabeth holds both a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
