Calliea Pan is a seasoned data scientist with extensive experience in leading teams and driving impactful data-driven solutions across various industries. Currently serving as the Lead Data Scientist at TikTok since December 2023, Calliea manages a team focused on minor safety, age assurance, and the detection of harmful content. Prior to this role, Calliea worked at Twitter, where expertise in A/B testing and online experimentation frameworks influenced millions of users. Additional experience includes positions at Amazon Web Services, Trendalytics, SunTrust, and Neuberger Berman, showcasing a strong background in machine learning, data quality, and risk analysis. Calliea holds a Master's degree in Data Science from New York University and a BS in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley.
