Rosa Beaumont Calabuig has worked in a variety of roles since 1997. Rosa began their career as a Professor of Postgraduate Developmental and Directive Courses (Communication, Teamwork...) and Responsible for E&F at the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV). Rosa then moved to become the Responsible for the Communication and Entrepreneurial Area at the UPV's Institute IDEAS. Following this, they were the Technical Program IDEAS, Técnico i-CREO at CECOVAL, and Gerente at Fundación Servipoli. In 2007, they were Responsible for the Communication Area at Consultora J.Edwards&Co. Rosa then became the National Key Account Manager at Hibo in 2021, and most recently the TIKO to sale-to buy at Tiko in 2022. In between these roles, they also had a period of freelance production in 2018.

Rosa Beaumont Calabuig completed their Bachelor's degree in Zoology from the University of Valencia in 1996. Rosa then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Formación y desarrollo profesional de profesorado, materias específicas from the same university, which they completed in 1997. In 2000, they obtained a B2 English certification from the Escuela Oficial de Idiomas Valencia.
