Stephanie Alicia Salim has extensive experience in corporate strategy, business operations, and online marketing, currently serving as AVP of Corporate Strategy & Business Operations at Tiket.com since May 2019. Previously, Stephanie held multiple roles at Lazada Group from July 2015 to May 2019, including VP of Online Marketing, where responsibility included app user growth and overseeing performance across channels, and Head of Campaign and Merchandising, focusing on aligning merchandising strategies with sales targets. Additionally, Stephanie worked as a Project Specialist at The Boston Consulting Group, contributing to financial services projects, and completed a research internship at the Eijkman Institute. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology from Universitas Pelita Harapan.
