Dudi Arisandi has a strong background in human resources and people management. Dudi began their career as an HR Officer at PT Hero Supermarket Tbk in 2000 before transitioning to HR Operation Manager at PT Panen Lestari Internusa (Sogo Indonesia) in 2005. In 2010, they joined PT JOHNSON HOME HYGIENE PRODUCT (SC JOHNSON) as an HR Operation Manager, where they were responsible for implementing corporate HR strategies and ensuring smooth transitions within the company's 3 Plants. In 2014, they became the Director of Human Resources Business Partner at PT Johnson Home Hygiene Products (SC Johnson), working on global product supply and global business solutions. From 2016 to 2018, Dudi served as the People and Performance Director for South East Asia at The Kraft Heinz Company. Currently, they hold the position of Chief People Officer at Tiket.com (PT. Global Tiket Network), where they oversee the entire HR spectrum, general affairs, and procurement. Dudi is recognized for their achievements in HR transformation, employer branding, and creating a positive employee experience.

Dudi Arisandi has a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Universitas Padjadjaran, which they obtained from 1992 to 1997. Dudi then pursued a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering at Institut Teknologi Bandung from 1998 to 2000. In 2008, Dudi obtained a certification in Certified HR from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia. Additionally, in September 2018, they obtained a certification in "Delegating Tasks to Your Team" from Lynda.com.
