Yijun Chen is a legal professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Partner at MeritsandTree Legal Firm since August 2018, Yijun also holds the position of Compliance Assistant at Tigress Financial Partners and Legal Counsel at Soco Software Co., LTD, both since 2017 and 2015, respectively. Yijun's earlier experience includes a decade as a Senior Attorney at Grandall Law Firm in the People's Republic of China. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) in American Law from Fordham University School of Law, a Master's degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Boston University School of Law, and a Bachelor's degree in International Economics Law from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics.
