Rawson Leavitt is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the technology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at TigerConnect since August 2020, Rawson is dedicated to transforming communication and workflows within the healthcare industry. Prior to this role, Rawson held multiple positions at Brain Corp from January 2018 to June 2020, including Director of Talent Acquisition, where significant team growth and recruitment achievements were realized, such as expanding the workforce from 90 to over 370 employees in two years.
