Shannon Fortier Rondeau, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Tiffany & Co. since June 2019, having previously held the position of Process Engineer within the same company. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Resident Assistant and Research Assistant at the University of Connecticut, where responsibilities included overseeing resident duties and designing laboratory equipment using 3D modeling techniques. Internship experiences span various companies including Tiffany & Co., Herff Jones, and ATW Companies, where Shannon conducted time studies, engineering tests, and improved safety compliance procedures. Shannon holds an MBA from UMass Boston and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut.
