Sargam Chauhan is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Site Lead and Senior Manager at Tietoevry since April 2019, while also functioning as an HR Business Partner for a business unit. Sargam supports strategic HR initiatives focused on key elements such as attraction, retention, engagement, development, and transformation of human assets. In addition, Sargam has held roles such as Assistant Manager in People Management at EVRY India and HR Executive at SPAN Infotech since October 2009, where responsibilities included training and development, employee engagement, and performance management. Sargam holds an Executive Program in HR Data Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak and an MBA from Himachal Pradesh University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
