Petri Vanhala has over 30 years of experience in the IT and engineering sectors, currently serving as the Lead Continuous Service Manager at Tietoevry since April 1999, where responsibilities include delivering Customer Contact Center application services to large-scale clients in various industries. Previously, Petri held several leadership roles, including Lead Project Manager at Tietoevry, IT Consultant and Project Manager at CTS Engineering Oy, and Project Manager at Domus Oy. Early career experiences also encompass positions as a Project Manager at Avancer Oy, System Manager at CTS Engineering Oy, and an Analyst at Consulting Engineers Reiter Ltd, among others. Petri Vanhala holds a Master’s Degree in Information Systems and Hydraulic Engineering from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan.
