Megan Hevner has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Currently, they serve as the Director of Client Services at Tier4 Group, a woman-owned and diversity-certified talent acquisition firm. Their role entails connecting exceptional talent with top-tier employers by utilizing recruitment automation and personalized approaches. Prior to joining Tier4 Group, Megan worked as a Senior Account Director at eHire from April 2019 to October 2021. Megan also served as a Regional Business Manager at 4 Corner Resources from March 2018 to March 2019. Before that, they were a Regional Sales Manager and National Account Manager at Collabera Inc. from October 2015 to March 2018. Megan's work experience also includes being an NFL Cheerleader for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from February 2013 to February 2016 and working as a Senior Account Manager at Insight Global from May 2012 to October 2015.
