A true entrepreneur at heart, Norm has started several successful businesses, many of which have received national press and recognition for accomplishments in training, publishing, and web development. Norm continues to share his passion for entrepreneurship by helping young business owners in the community develop and grow their ideas.
Norm serves on the Northern Kentucky University Board of Regents, Kentucky Commission on Small Business Advocacy, and Gateway Community and Technical College Foundation Board. He was also the Chair of Covington’s Bicentennial Committee, helping organize thousands of volunteers to create five projects (including a book, film, and museum exhibit), plan, and execute over 50 events, and more. Previously, he served on Kentucky Community and Technical College IT Advisory board, the Northern Kentucky EZone board and the United Way’s 211 Advisory Committee.
