Designing learning experiences that are meaningful and encouraging to the performer. Jan likes a good challenge of combining technical and soft skills in a way that replicates the performance environment.

Previously Jan was in the corporate eLearning arena when in 1994 a university contact introduced her to a local company. After relocating to Atlanta, she worked as an independent eLearning consultant until accepting a permanent position at Centurion Systems in 1997. While at Centurion, she was immersed in hundreds of technology-based performance solutions as well as the overall learning strategy. She joined TiER1 during Centurion’s acquisition in 2016.
