Camilla is particularly passionate about this approach when it comes to designing solutions for complex, high stakes environments. The focus of Camilla’s work over the last few years has been on leader development for the U.S. Army. Much of this has involved designing assessments and training that focus on developing leader attributes such as character and advanced skills (e.g., problem solving, critical thinking, or adaptability).
