Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business ownership, and compliance. Currently serving as the proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store specializing in organic body and environmental care products. In addition, Mariana has been working as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes owning and managing Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practicing as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching as a university lecturer in applied mathematics and food history at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a diploma in business administration from Universidad Anahuac Online and a degree in nutrition and wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
