James deLeon has worked in various roles since 2005. James began their career as a Financial Aid Advisor and Bursar at High-Tech Institute in 2005. In 2006, they moved to Lunch Pail Sports, where they served as Sales/Support/Training Lead, responsible for sales leads, demos, promotional material, representing Lunch Pail Sports at coaching clinics, producing training materials, and providing training to individuals and groups in person and over the web. In 2011, they joined TIE Kinetix as EDI Support Manager.

James deLeon attended Saint John's University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education.
