Previous roles include Senior Vice President & General Manager of Sales at Vizient, Inc., where Fred had full P&L responsibility for a significant network of health systems. Additional leadership positions have been held at Novation, Cardinal Health, and Encompass Medical, demonstrating a strong track record in managing sales teams and driving revenue growth across various regions. Fred Kratz also founded and led TriAxis Medical Solutions and began a professional journey in the military as a Captain in the US Army Aviation, where leadership skills were initially honed.
