Kathryn Andelin Porter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, software quality assurance, and web development. Currently serving as Co-Founder at Tidey since June 2021, Kathryn focuses on combating ocean plastic and addressing poverty. Prior to this role, Kathryn worked at DecisionWise from May 2019 to July 2024, where responsibilities included consulting on employee engagement and leadership initiatives, managing up to 25 projects simultaneously. Kathryn's earlier positions at Brigham Young University involved financial assistance, web development, and operational support, where significant improvements in processes and efficiencies were achieved.
