Patrick O'Neil has extensive experience in IT support and management, currently serving as Manager of End User Computing at Tideworks Technology since March 2017. In this role, Patrick oversees a team across multiple time zones, managing daily operations and vulnerability management for over 5,000 user accounts. Previous positions at Tideworks include Senior Desktop Engineer and Desktop Support Technician, where Patrick contributed to enterprise-wide MDM deployments and provided desktop support for over 500 users. Prior experience includes serving as Tier 2 Desktop Support on-site technician at PHEAA, addressing escalated tickets and hardware requests for a call center of approximately 800 users. Patrick also has a background in various IT roles such as Network Technician and IT Support Intern, bolstered by education from New Horizons Computer Learning Center and a high school diploma from Lampeter-Strasburg High School.
