Saumar Choudhury, known as Sam, currently serves as the Head of People for Global Tech Product and Data across India, the UK, and Europe at Tide. Prior to this role, Sam held several prominent positions including Head of People Business Partner & Transformation for Southeast Asia and ASEAN at airasia MOVE, along with a position on the Board of Directors. Sam's experience also includes serving as Manager of HR Business Partner at Flipkart, Site HR Lead at Honeywell Madurai, and Senior HR Business Partner at Honeywell. Sam began a career in human resources at Infosys as an HR Business Partner. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resource and Insurance & Risk Management from the International School of Business & Media and certification as a Psychometric Test Professional from Carlton Advanced Management Institute.
