Orsolya Bardos has a diverse work experience in various industries. Orsolya currently works at TicketSwap in the Partnerships Operations role, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they interned at ONDA F.C. as a Research & Marketing Intern, where they focused on the research and development of the women's football community. In 2021, they worked at Erasmus Centre for Data Analytics as a Marketing and Events Coordinator. Before that, they served as a Student Mentor at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and as a Human Resources Associate at ECE Students. Their early work experience includes a role as Customer Service Staff at Sziget Cultural Management Ltd.

Orsolya Bardos has a diverse education history. Orsolya pursued a Master's degree in International Sport Management at the European Sport Business School from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University from 2018 to 2021, specializing in Business Administration. In 2020, they participated in an exchange program at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, where they continued their BBA studies.

Before their university education, Orsolya completed their International Baccalaureate at The American Embassy School in New Delhi from 2015 to 2018. Orsolya obtained their High School Diploma from ELTE Radnóti Miklós Gimnázium from 2011 to 2015.

Furthermore, Orsolya Bardos has also obtained a certification in SQL through an online course provided by Codecademy in March 2023.
