Anna Waite is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience across several organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at TicketNetwork since May 2018, Anna handles employee and manager relations, leave and workers compensation administration, compliance, and HRIS and payroll administration, contributing significantly to the implementation of the Ascentis HRIS/Payroll system. Prior roles include Human Resources Generalist at Valley Medical Group, where responsibilities encompassed administration of HR plans and personnel policy development, and a series of positions focused on leave administration and benefits counseling at Consolidated Health Plans, Baystate Health, Cooley Dickinson Hospital, Wellpoint Health Networks, and Kollmorgen. Anna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology from Western New England University, along with an Associate's degree in Business/Marketing from Springfield Technical Community College.
