Stefanos Kakarantzas is an experienced executive in the ticketing and events industry, currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer at Ticketmaster since August 2017. Prior to this role, Kakarantzas held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Tickethour, a Ticketmaster company, where responsibilities included client relationship management, technology strategy execution, and operational management across various business areas. As the Founder and CEO of Tickethour Group from August 2005 to June 2016, Kakarantzas established the company’s foundation and growth. Notably, Kakarantzas served as Ticketing Director for the Athens 2004 Olympic Games, where the ticketing program exceeded revenue targets and achieved a record for ticket sales per capita. Kakarantzas holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Queen Mary University of London.
