Laura Grey Humphrey is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product design and user experience. Currently serving as the Product Design Lead for AI and Innovation at Ticketmaster since April 2023, Laura previously held the position of Product Design Manager at Leap from December 2020 to October 2022. Prior roles include Senior Product Designer at project44, Product Designer at Digital Fleet, LLC, and Senior User Experience Research, Strategy and Design at Impact Networking, LLC. Laura began their career as a Packaging Engineer at The Kraft Heinz Company. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Packaging Science from Clemson University, a Full Stack Design certification from Flatiron School, and studies at Universidad de Salamanca.
