Kuhelie Masse is an accomplished product designer with extensive experience in user experience and product design. Currently serving as Lead Product Designer at Ticketmaster since June 2022, Kuhelie previously held roles as Senior Product Designer at askporter and various positions at Ticketmaster, including User Experience Designer and User Experience Design Intern. Proficient in user research, usability testing, and the creation of prototypes, Kuhelie has a strong foundation in information architecture and competitive analysis. Educational achievements include a Master’s Degree in Human-Centred Systems from City, University of London, and a Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in Politics, Sociology, and Anthropology from the University of Glasgow. Additional experience includes roles as a Student Ambassador at City, University of London, Ground Handling Agent at Swissport, and Receptionist at ISS Facility Services.
