Elke Begine has work experience with Tiberghien Lawyers, where they worked as an Employee from January 2013 to July 2013. Elke then joined Tiberghien as a Management Assistant in August 2013 and continued in this role until present. In May 2023, Elke Begine transitioned to the position of Head of Administration at Tiberghien Advocaten.

Elke Begine pursued a Master of Journalism from Erasmushogeschool Brussel from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Catholic University Leuven, where they studied from 2006 to 2010.
