Prakash Gowd is currently the Vice President at TIAP - Toronto Innovation Acceleration Partners, where he works on identifying and developing early-stage healthcare and life science innovation. He also serves as Director & Chair of the Audit Committee at Appili Therapeutics. In the past, he has held positions such as Chief Business Officer at Tailored Genes Inc. and Chief Operating Officer & Head of Corporate Development at Novamind. With a background in pharmaceutical marketing and equity research, Prakash has a strong educational foundation with an MBA from McGill University and BSc. degrees in Pharmacy and Zoology from The University of British Columbia.
