From flying corporate jets to pioneering the tech industry, Dalita Harmon applies four decades of business experience in her role as TIAG’s chairman of the board. Possessing an uncanny ability to create IT products and services that genuinely improve the lives of others, Dalita co‑founded TIAG in 1999 and served as the company’s president and CEO until 2017. Crafting TIAG’s strategic direction as an innovative technology company providing services to private industry and across the Department of Defense, Dalita cultivated a brawny portfolio ranging from enterprise management and business process reengineering projects to health IT and mobile applications. Directing billion-dollar technology innovation projects and valuing TIAG’s people as the company’s greatest asset, Dalita nurtured TIAG’s dynamic, collaborative corporate culture that draws brilliant, creative professionals who share an entrepreneurial spirit and ardent desire to make a true difference for customers.

Before TIAG, Dalita worked with high-growth and turnaround-technology companies. Specializing in web-based technologies, consumer and B2B dotcoms, she excelled in launching new tech ventures and restructuring technology giants. In addition to founding and serving as CEO of a prominent business development and marketing firm in Washington DC, she worked with exclusive New York and Chicago advertising agencies as a top producer of national television commercials. Earning a bachelor’s degree in communications with a minor in business from Pepperdine University, Dalita also achieved several certifications as an airline transport pilot.
