Selina Urbina has extensive experience in risk management and legal compliance, currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer at TIAA, since 1999. Urbina leads teams responsible for Enterprise Risk Governance and Operational Risk Programs, alongside overseeing centralized financial management for the Legal, Risk, and Compliance sectors. Previous roles include Senior Managing Director, where Urbina focused on Enterprise Operational Risk Oversight, and Managing Director positions that covered retirement services, transformation portfolios, and strategic planning. Urbina began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate.
