Mark Benjamin, MSHRM, currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Retirement Solutions at TIAA since August 2023. Previously, Mark held the position of Vice President of Human Resources and Global Business Transformation Executive at Boeing from June 2021 to August 2023, and served as the Senior Vice President and Chief People & Culture Officer at National Life Group from November 2018 to June 2021, where significant advancements were made in talent, culture, and DEI strategies. Other notable roles include Chief Human Resources Officer for American Express India, Global CHRO at AIG, and various leadership positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citi, and Credit Suisse. Mark holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Cornell University and a dual Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University.
