Krishna Patel is a seasoned professional in technology and support management with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as the Lead Development Manager at TIAA since March 2023, Krishna Patel manages a global team responsible for the retirement recordkeeping system, focusing on incident management and software defect resolution. Previously, Krishna Patel held the position of Tier 2 Production Support Manager at Wells Fargo from June 2000 to December 2022, where responsibilities included leading a global team in application support, problem ticket research, and business continuity planning.
