Andy Hite has extensive experience in IT project and program management, currently serving as a Senior Manager and Lead IT Project and Program Manager at TIAA since October 2013. Prior to this role, Andy held multiple positions at TIAA, including Senior Manager and Lead Program Manager, and Lead Project Manager. From January 2008 to October 2013, Andy worked at SunGard, now part of FIS, as a Consultant, focusing on business analysis and project management. Earlier in the career, Andy was a Senior Financial Services Representative at BBVA Compass and a Financial Advisor at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. Andy holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Mississippi State University, completed in 2006, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the same university, earned in 2005.
