Selena Haines is an accomplished professional in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Organizational Development at eHealth Saskatchewan since October 2023. Prior to this role, Selena held the position of Vice President of Talent Programs and Culture at Concentra Bank from October 2019 to July 2023. Selena's extensive experience at Viterra spanned over 12 years, where roles included Director of Human Resource Business Partners, Manager of HR Services, Senior Human Resources Business Partner, and Human Resources Business Partner. Earlier in their career, Selena served as a Human Resources Advisor at Saskatchewan Wheat Pool from October 2005 to May 2007. Selena Haines holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Regina and a Certificate in Leading Organizational Change from Cornell University, completed in 2022.
