Derek Schofield has extensive experience in mining, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Supervisor at Thyssen Mining since August 2021, Derek previously held various roles at Manroc Developments Inc. from September 2011 to March 2020, including Raiseminer, focusing on driving Alimak and open raises, as well as timbering operations. Derek's earlier experience includes a position as a Raiseminer at Cementation Canada Inc. in 2011 and a role as a Bolter at Boliden from 1999 to 2001, demonstrating a solid background in underground mining techniques and operations.
