Chiew Ping Neo, known as Jan, has extensive experience in project management and client relationship management within the hospitality technology sector. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Thynk.Cloud since October 2021, Jan previously held the position of Senior CRM Project Manager at Cendyn, managing implementations for over 100 global hotel clients. Prior experience includes roles at IDeaS Revenue Solutions as a Client Project Manager, where significant revenue growth was achieved for Anantara Hotels, and at Newmarket, an Amadeus company, as a Senior Project Specialist, successfully enhancing revenue for Centara Hotels. Jan began the career at InterContinental Singapore and holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in International Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Surrey.
