Alexis D. possesses extensive experience in strategic sales and revenue management within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Sales at Thynk.Cloud since June 2023, Alexis focuses on delivering integrated SALESFORCE solutions to hoteliers. Previously, Alexis held the same title at Customer Alliance from May 2016 to June 2023, where responsibilities included monitoring customer satisfaction metrics and analyzing Voice of the Customer data. Prior roles include SVP of Global Sales at Pegasus Solutions and Director of Revenue Management and Distribution at Design Hotels. Alexis began the career at Grupo Real, progressing through various sales and marketing positions. Alexis is an alumnus of the Institut superieur de Gestion Hotelliere, graduating with a degree in 1993.
